Are your products suitable for vegans?

All of our soy candles are made with 100% soy wax flakes and either pure essential oils or high grade perfume oils. We don't test on animals and the ingredients we use are also cruelty free.

Where are your candles made?

We make every single candle by hand in our studio in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. The whole process is done in our studio by Zak & Dani.

What’s the best way to burn my candle?

For your first burn, please keep your Lively Folks candle lit for at least two hours. Try your best to allow the wax melt pool to reach the edges of the glass before extinguishing. This will allow your candle to burn evenly and prevents possible ‘tunneling’.

After each burn, trim your wick to ⅛” and clean off any burnt pieces from previous us. When a wood wick is left too long, the wax will not be able to capillary up the wick to sustain a flame. This will either produce a low flame or will self-extinguish.
